Our community offers one bedroom floorplan, two bedrooms floorplan and three bedrooms. The diagrams below are intended to give you a basic idea of the layout of each floorplan, but it takes a personal visit to Discovery village to fully appreciate the quality of workmanship and the attention to detail that our staff places on making your new home spectacular.

Security Deposits are equal to 50% of first month's rent.
